Bold Vision.

Real Experience.

Local Solutions.

(BRL-VES FORMULA CONCEPT BY Von S. Del Valle)

Bold. Real. Local. Vision. Experience. Solution.

BRL-VES is the science-rooted model I created—from firsthand experience—to represent what viable leadership looks like in real time and in real places.

❄️ A Winter Discovery That Sparked Action

One winter day, I went behind my building and saw something that changed everything:💥 An air conditioner lay smashed on the ground.

The building stands six stories high, and that one fallen unit held countless possibilities—any window, any floor, and any person it could’ve struck.📊 It wasn’t just a hazard. It was a wake-up call.

🔥 I was excited—not about the danger itself—but about the chance to conduct a meaningful investigation that could actually protect people and offer real-world data.

Using insights from my study of NTSB Air Crash Incidents, I:

  • 📸 Photographed the scene

  • 📐 Measured the impact marks

  • 🧭 Traced the probable trajectory to identify the window

I asked:

“Who’s responsible if someone’s hurt or killed?”Is this criminal negligence or a civil case?

🏙️ Bold Action, Local Impact

I spoke with BRL-VES candidate Jason Murillo to explore accountability—⚖️ The installer must be held responsible, possibly both criminally and civilly depending on the situation.

Then I went a step further.🗣️ I spoke directly with my building’s superintendent.🛑 Inspected every fire escape and window on all six floors.🛠️ Made sure the entire building was safe—local action, real results.

That’s what BRL-VES is: a vision fueled by personal experience and a readiness to respond.

🛠️ The Policy Solution

To prevent future incidents, I propose:

  • 🏢 Routine inspections of air conditioners and building facades

  • 🌧️ Additional checks after floods, earthquakes, and seasonal installations

  • 🧪 Citywide safety standards for multi-story buildings

It’s not just about stopping the unlikely—it’s about preparing for the entire range of possibilities.

💡 BRL-VES in Practice

“Now you understand my concept and formula for successful leadership and real advocacy.” — Von S. Del Valle

BRL-VES means thinking boldly, acting locally, and creating solutions that protect real lives—not just checking political boxes.

🧠 Von’s Quote on Smart Leadership

"And one thing my message is—never assume or jump to conclusions when adversity strikes. Use intelligence, science, and innovation. If you have none of those, then use common sense. Don't believe everything you hear. You’ve got a brain—use it. Don’t become a victim of propaganda."

📍 One fallen AC.🏙️ Six stories of possibility.🧠 A leader who investigated, asked questions, and made his building safer.

That’s BRL-VES. That’s VonNYC.Excelsior. 🙌

💬 Von S. Del Valle Endorses Jason Murillo

Because leadership starts with lived experience, not party lines.

I’m proud to endorse Jason Murillo, a candidate who’s lived the struggle of the Lower East Side firsthand. When his mother fell ill, Jason didn’t back down. He fought to keep Mount Sinai open, mobilizing support from all sides—including Public Advocate candidate Gonzalo. And yes, even though they’re Republicans, they were fighting for the people.

📣 In a one-party city, we need to stop drinking the Kool-Aid that says “only blue can save us.”They’ve had power in New York for decades—yet corruption still thrives.

Just look at District 2. The same old names, like Harvey Epstein, keep resurfacing. Harvey doesn’t represent the hardworking residents of the Lower East Side. He hasn’t lived their reality. He hasn’t faced their neglect.

🚫 It’s About Common Sense.

Leadership is not about parties. It’s about principles. It’s about people.

We’re done playing clown games. It’s time to open our eyes.

🗣️ To my Loisaidas and the entire city—THE TIME IS NOW. Support candidates who live what they fight for. Support leadership that listens. Support Jason Murillo.

This is VonNYC. This is BRL-VES. This is common sense.

💡 A Vision for Every New Yorker

Von S. Del Valle is a native New Yorker with a sharp mind and a deep commitment to his community. Currently studying Aeronautical Sciences at Vaughn College, Von brings fresh insight and technical precision to the challenges facing our city. Growing up in East New York and shaped by the urban public school system, he witnessed both its resilience and its flaws. His experience living in the wake of the Crown Heights riots instilled in him a determination to protect and uplift every New Yorker.

His campaign, "VonNYC: Innovating Our City," focuses on transforming local government through intelligence, creativity, and common sense.

Von envisions a New York where:

  • Every child has access to quality education and strong after-school programs.

  • Families enjoy safe neighborhoods and affordable housing.

  • Small businesses thrive, fueling a vibrant economy for all.

📚 Experience That Matters

Von's journey began at the School for Classics: An Academy of Thinkers, Writers, and Performers in Brooklyn, where he immersed himself in theater, debate, and student government. Inspired by mentors like Mr. Cahayla and guided by firsthand tragedy—such as the loss of his teacher Simeonette Mapes—Von developed a powerful awareness of mental health and domestic violence.

His creative pursuits took him around the globe, landing roles in international commercials and television, including The Story of Us in the Philippines. Known professionally as Vladimir Von Steven Del Valle on IMDb, his work spans writing, acting, and collaborations with Jewish artists through the JQY organization. Von also supported emergency efforts with ZAKA after October 7.

With guidance from artists like Dominique Fishback and storytelling programs like Moth Workshop, Von continues to grow as a voice for hope, healing, and innovation.

🌍 A Global Perspective, Rooted Locally

From volunteering at a Russian Orthodox Church in Brighton Beach to doing business in Russia, Scandinavia, and beyond, Von brings multicultural understanding and global reach to his hometown. He's walked both international corridors and neighborhood streets—and he's ready to lead both.

🗣️ Featured Testimony: The Lipman Report

On November 25, 2024, Von testified in the Lipman Report about growing antisemitism and the challenges faced by the Jewish community amid international tensions. His message emphasized reason over reaction:

"Never assume or jump to conclusions when adversity strikes. Use intelligence, science, and innovation. If you have none of those, then use common sense. Don’t believe everything you hear. You’ve got a brain—use it. Don’t become a victim of propaganda."
